A new camera and other updates...

It’s been a while since I last updated…
- I was in Austin, TX for a week and a half mid-month April. I am back. Duh. I left my camera in the rental car. They didn’t find it. So I bought a new camera. I bought the Canon IXUS 800 IS (aka Canon PowerShot SD700 IS).
- Melanie and I are going to Phuket, Thailand Sunday evening. Can’t wait. Why Sunday evening, you ask? Well, because May 1 is a 7 day holiday here in China, which means we need to work on Saturday and Sunday to make up for it.
- With my new camera, I uploaded a video to YouTube, but it is still processing. I will post the video when it becomes available, if I remember.
- You might see that I finally uploaded some photos that haven’t come from my mobile phone. I am starting to use Picasa on my Dell. I’ve got to say, it works MUCH better than Apple iPhoto 5.0 on a PowerBook G4. Sorry… It does… Now the only issue is, migrating my 8,000+ photos from iPhoto to Picasa…
- I started playing Softball on the weekends. Check out the Beijing Softball website for details.
