Joining Chinalyst

I have joined Chinalyst.net, which is essentially a China blog feed aggregator.  Hopefully this will drive some traffic to my site. ;-)

    It drove me to the site!

    Like you, I am also a fellow ex-pat named Chris living in China. Unlike you, however, I’m new. This is actually my 3rd day! I live in Baoding, just south of Beijing. I came here to teach English at Hebei University and to learn Chinese. It is ridiculously difficult, but I’m getting the hang of openning my reference guide quickly. How did you deal with your first few weeks here?

    I am working on a blog as well. chrisinchina.wordpress.com, but I’m having difficulty with my server. I can’t access my blog and I wonder if it is a product of my server here at the College or if it’s because I’m getting blocked by some higher-ups.

    Anyway, thanks for the entertainment. I will continue to read your blog when I can. If you have any advice, suggestions on places to see, and any comments I’m ALL EARS!
